Purchase:

1. During Registration - stop by the Yearbook table for an order form.
   • You may include your yearbook puchase amount with your fine arts fees, or you may use your credit card.
   • Leave the order form with Mrs. Maddox and take the receipt to Mrs. Adams at checkout.
2. After Registration through Friday, September 3 - download an order form (.pdf, .rtf )and return it to school
   • Send both sides of the order form with your payment to your teacher or to Mrs. Maddox.
   • Make checks payable to; FWAFA
3. Anytime!

Payment:

1. Cash - during registration, you may include the yearbook payment with your Fine Arts Fees.
